AirMasters has always done a great job, in a timely manner, and very reasonably priced. This evening, right at the time of closing, I had an issue and Tammy on the phone was able to get Michael on the phone just before he got home. He was about 30 minutes away and got my air back cooling!!! Thank you! Thank you!
I trust Air Masters completely to ensure my Heat/AC system continues to run problem free. They show up exactly on time. My technician, Noah, examined my system, explained what he did, and was friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him in my home. Air Masters always answers their phone, with a real person who is easy to understand and talk to. They schedule your service around your availability and work with you.
Showed up on time and checked everything out thoroughly. He was also very friendly and personable. I've had other service techs in the past (not the Airmasters folks) who had a surly, almost antagonistic attitude. Not the case with the Airmasters people I have dealt with over the past few years. Noah was very helpful and answered all my questions. I subsequently had to call a plumber, but Noah showed me where he thought the problem in the pipe was located. That saved some time when the plumber arrived.
