Showed up on time and checked everything out thoroughly. He was also very friendly and personable. I've had other service techs in the past (not the Airmasters folks) who had a surly, almost antagonistic attitude. Not the case with the Airmasters people I have dealt with over the past few years. Noah was very helpful and answered all my questions. I subsequently had to call a plumber, but Noah showed me where he thought the problem in the pipe was located. That saved some time when the plumber arrived.

I have worked with Airmasters for more than 10 years, and two different addresses. In all that time, I’ve never received anything other than excellent customer service. I highly recommend their service agreement for yearly maintenance. Great value and has saved me from more extensive repairs thanks to proactive cleaning and checking of my systems.

Michael was absolutely wonderful!!! He had such a warm and professional personality. He explained everything in a way I could understand, and listened patiently to my blabbering-lol! One of the most important things to me is honesty. Michael was indeed honest, and I cannot express how appreciative of that I am. There needs to be more people like him in this world. His smile also brightened my day. In my opinion, nothing is worse than somebody who seems grumpy, and like they really don't want to be here in my home to do work.
