We purchased a spec home in April 2022 built by CDI in the Lochmeade subdivision in Atoka. We found the house towards the completion of building, but wouldn’t have changed anything about the design. The finishes for the home were tasteful and the design fit our style perfectly. We were able to upgrade to have all wood floors on the main floor and the builder was happy to accommodate our request. After we closed on the house, there were a few minor things that needed fixing and the builder communicated immediately with us and quickly was able to fix the issues. CDI is an amazing home building company. Their home design fit out family and fur babies perfectly. We did a pre-sale and it not only came out perfectly, it was everything we wanted in amenities and quality. I’m an engineer and very type A. Jimmy Burditt and his teams met all my expectations. Not an easy task. Love our new home!
