Very professional throughout the experience. They got here quickly when I contacted them. The owner, the office staff, the service guys were all friendly, helpful and on time. When they said they would be here, they were. The work was done neatly. Everything was left neat and tidy when they were done. In all it turned out to be a good experience during a potentially stressful time.
Prompt service helping us dry out our basement carpet from a broken water line. Basement was totally dry in only 4 days. Techs were on-site within 3 hours of our call. Their fans and dehumidifiers were the right equipment for the job.
I had an excellent experience with ServePro. James did an amazing job with mitigation and Scott always helpful with advice. Would recommend this company to everyone who has water damage.
