Very much admire the traditions and teachings of this training center. The staff treated students and visitors with great respect. Would highly recommend visiting if you are interested in karate.

One Heart Dojo has changed my life! Sensei Thomas knows what each individual student needs and helps them to become the best karate student they can be. Training at One Heart Dojo has helped me to become a more confident and less fearful person. The atmosphere is great, we all feel like family! Very reasonably priced as well!
