Came in to look at frames. They were super busy and I had to wait for a little bit, but Ms. Robin helped me and she was worth the wait. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Top notch customer service, but those poor ladies need some help!

The staff at Walmart Vision was SO wonderful. They were personable, knowledgeable, caring, & kind. They went above and beyond for my family & I. Compared to our recent visit with Cheatham Eye Care right next door, these two ladies, Jamie & Valerie I believe, were a GODSEND. We will be returning & would 10/10 recommend.

Valerie and Jamie are both absolutely amazing human beings. I came to get 2 pairs of glasses already having a prescription. I wear mainly contacts but like to alternate. They were both great in helping me select a new pair of frames while the other interacted with my son. They alternated helping and you can tell they work very well together. I have never had the lenses centered for my eyes where the frames sit on my nose. You can tell they both have a lot of experience. When I came back to pickup my new glasses they were just the same as before and ensured that my glasses fit and were comfortable! By far the best experience getting glasses I’ve ever had.
