They came when they said they would, did excellent work, were reasonably priced, and both gentlemen were great professionals. I used them for cleaning one chimney and capping another, and I would absolutely use them again.

I had a longstanding (years-long) intermittent leak that repeatedly damaged an internal wall in my house. There were failed attempts to fix it by a couple of companies. ChimneyQuest was able to determine the source of the leak, offered a solution with a reasonable quote, and exceeded my expectations for professionalism and craftsmanship. Haven't had a problem since. Rare to find this level of integrity today!

A neighbor looked into having them come out for those needing a chimney clean to get a discount for our neighborhood if we booked on the same day. We called and got a reservation a month out as we head into winter. They ended up being a few hours early (I don't mind!) and we're done promptly and efficiently. They were great when I asked a question or two and very kind. I would recommend and would definitely use them again.
