I asked for the 50 time to have my t shirts folded so the collar doesn't stretch and they have once again ruined my designer t shirts by hanging them on a hanger that is a wide as there door. Out of 6 designer shirts they folded 2 of them and stretched the rest.

I took in 4 placemats and 6 linen napkins. I wanted laundry and pressed. I was told that they needed to call to see if they could do that. Came back and said they could. I went to pick up and they said they no longer do laundry, they dry cleaned them..they want $39.99 for 4 place mats and 6 damn napkins! My order of 3 sweaters and a dress is $25.00 How are place mats so expensive? Their not lace they are regular old place mats!Does any of this make since? Getting my sweaters, they can keep the place mats,I can buy new for less. Wont be going back.

When I walk in the woman ask me to help her sort out my clothes because I had like 20 items ,but I was like I don’t work here , u get paid to do this , but she still wanted help ??♂️Service: General bedding cleaning

Just dropped off my clothes. Lady did not want to give me a receipt with how many items I left. Actually refused. She gave me a number and said this is the way we do it just a number. I felt uneasy about leaving some very valuable clothes with her so i had to MAKE her write down how many shirts and home many slacks I was leaving and I had to take a picture of her copy because she refused to give me a copy. I came her to Yelp and saw nothing but one ratings. I went back in and got my clothes! Thanks to all the customers who rated this place. I'm not sure I would have gotten my clothes back.

Well, I hate to write this. We have used this cleaners for over twenty years. But, the quality has gone downhill. From receiving others people's items, to the poor quality of the cleaning, to all of the sudden putting creases in all of my husband's expensive dress pants, to the doors being closed and nobody even being there during the middle of the day when we came to pick up clothes before a trip, we are going elsewhere. I am now scared to take expensive pieces there.

Horrible customer service! Employees are rude and do not want to communicate on charges. Been here multiple times over the span of 3 months. They only have 3 transaction on file. Last time they argued with me and charged double what they have in the past. Same clothes are always brought in for cleaning. Only came here for convenience of location. Will NOT be back.
