The people and the customer service were really great and refreshing. However, the prices felt high. Also, when we picked them up, the quality of pressing/ironing was really lacking, especially the collars. They were wrinkled and not fully turned down. Seemed like there wasn't any care involved in the pressing.

While the price of having shirts professionally cleaned has certainly risen the past five years, it is still worth the time/money to have a company take care of those types of shirts (Long sleeve, button down, collared shirts). Lapels did a great job. Shirts were finished in a timely manner. The young associate, Jack, was very professional and courteous upon pickup. I would recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience at Lapels. Ms. Julianna was such a joy to speak with her customers service was superb. She was able to give me very detailed information about how the bridal cleaning services worked and was able to show me a package that came back from the company that handles this service. I actually brought my gown in a few days later to be sent out.
