What an awesome week! My son and I were in town visiting and did a week drop in! We have found our home away from home gym on our trips to Memphis to visit my grandkids! It’s a well equipped, extremely clean space with top notch coaching ! The community was second to none… the friendliest, helpful and most enchanting group of people! I’ve been CrossFitting for 13 years and drop in CrossFit gyms everywhere I travel to, this was by far my favorite place! ??♥️

This place is great. Everyone here is very kind. The coach I had was named Luke, he’s very helpful and encouraging. The owner Stephanie is also a very nice person. Every member was welcoming and this is a wonderful place to get some CrossFit in and work out. I encourage anyone interested to take that first step and come walk in the door. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you all.

Been coming here for about two and half years. Always enjoyed lifting in the gym and never thought that I would enjoy a group class. I truly enjoy not only the Olympic lifting and work outs, but learning new skills. Everything in crossfit is a progression which makes you want to work harder to get better at one skill, which in turn will get you better at another. This keeps work outs not only burning calories, but truly engaging so you develop your skill work. The gym atmosphere is welcoming and wanting to help each individual become a stronger individual.
