We hit a pothole about 4 miles from the Ardmore exit we would be taking. The impact blew a hole in the side of the tire. My car does not come with a spare, so I had to call for a tow. I have had AAA since 2009, so I called them. This time, they were unable to give an ETA and said they were having issues finding someone in the area. I would have to wait. I turned around and found BT's on my smart phone, called them, and had my car up and ready to go in 30 minutes. Allen was great and had us to our destination in no time. I have no idea what AAA's problems were, but BT's came fast to our rescue. In this day and time, no one needs to be waiting hours for a tow truck on the side of the interstate. This place is simply amazing. We got placed OOS at the weigh station on 65N in Ardmore TN at 8pm. Called every 24/7 truck repair service and nobody could do anything. Their technician Si was already on site and had all the parts we needed. He was very professional, polite, honest and didn't hesitate to help get us back on the road. Amazing place with an amazing technician. Thank you Si so much for helping when nobody else would.
Had a mechanical breakdown and thought I was SOL on the side of the interstate on a Sunday night. I called BT's; Devon picked up right away and said he'd be able to go out to our driver to see what he could do. He found a way to temporarily repair the truck so the driver could keep going and get the truck fixed later in the shop when he gets back to the yard. Thank you very much! Great job!
