I was billing $100 for no show because I decided to go to a different clinic, they didn't tell me I'll have penalty for not going to the appointment. I wasn't giving any advance notice of this fee. This is crazy

If you are coming in for anything other than a basic eye exam, watch your billing. We were referred under medical a few weeks after an exam at LensCrafters showed my son was showing something wrong with the retina in his right eye. We gave Eye Med Plus a copy of our medical card. Not only did they not run it under medical, but rather vision, the did a whole nother eye glass exam (something not needed). So now, in 6 months (after treatment) when we will need to get another eye glass exam to see if the prescription has changed in that eye, we will have to pay out of pocket. I will give 4 stars to the doctor because he did a great job. This one star is for the girls who work at the front desks( both desks). They were insulting with an attitude. To think that this is the second time I am using the eye clinic and both times I got the insult of my life. They forgot to add a service to my bill. A week later I called to see if my glasses were ready and she said we forgot to add a service to your bill. you have to pay up before you pick up your glasses. I wasn't pissed off about paying that but that you are going to be rude to me because of your own mistake sounded very stupid to me. No apologies for your own mistakes.
