It was a terrible experience with main doctor and staff. She pulled my wisdom tooth couple months ago and told me that if the one right beside of it messed up, she will fix it for free. Today she said, she never said that and ignored to fix it. I’m a customer of this place for years. Also I had a terrible experience with her when she was pulling my wisdom tooth. I’ve never had this much pain in my entire life.I will never ever get back to that place again. Sorry for customers.

The dentist while drilling my tooth to replace a silver filling with a white filling, cracked my tooth, and I heard the break and a sharp pain went up through my gum line and jaw. I ended up having to pay for an expensive root canal and crown with my own money. He knew he broke the tooth at the time so I’m very disappointed that he did not acknowledge it and pay for it. He works very heavy-handed and is not careful.

Going forward when a patient have cleaning done mask or shield should be provided to eliminate water getting on a patient face. Also, I like to have the same dental hygienist it seems to be high turnover; because when I have cleaning and annual service it's someone different.And the hygienist from my appointment yesterday was a little rough yesterday.
