LICRA remediated a rotted subfloor on my upper restroom and resulted in having to replace the cell in the bathroom below. The tile floor in the bathroom also had to be replacedMarie the owner, was extremely professional and she and her crew took special care to be neat, clean and after they left, you couldn’t even tell that they were there. I’d Definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs that type of work completed, especially if you need it completed in a timely manner.

Great job, clean job, done in less then 2 hours . Left the house smelling clean . Took care to cover everything . All the prep work well done. More then satisfied. Don't look any further if you need it done professionally .

They were so professional, fast and courteous. I spoke directly to the new owner, Marie, and she made sure everything was taken care of. I never thought the carpet could look as good as it did when they were finished.
