The results from my vestibular therapy have been amazing! Arianna has helped me so much with my balance issues, as well as easing the muscles tension I have been dealing with in my neck & shoulders. Her guidance and patience are beyond compare! Thank you for everything!!
Had to go in for physical therapy of my toe/foot after surgery. My toe was extremely painful and I had limited range of motion. After a few visits with Forest, my range of motion was much better and my foot didn't feel so painful. I definitely recommend this place and I recommend using Forest. He listens and is very caring. He understands that you are in pain so he doesn't push you too hard....in the beginning at least?
7/22/24: I have been seeing Michelle Kiles since 5/23/24 for severe spasms around my thoracic spine after old injuries were suddenly triggered early that morning. Michelle saw me that afternoon and stabilized me well enough that I could go on a planned vacation a couple of days later. After I returned home, Michelle started working on me twice a week, beginning with dry-needling on long-time trigger points.
