Went to the N. Mt Juliet office for my left shoulder. I’d had a mountain bike injury years ago and it had come back to haunt me. Afraid it was my rotator cuff going bad. After an evaluation showed that wasn’t the case and just needed to retrain my shoulder muscles, they started me on stretches. Very soon was given a series of exercises that quickly had me on the right path. After just a few weeks the pain is gone, my range of motion is greatly improved. And I left with the knowledge to continue those exercises and my improvement. Big shout out to Lee Ann and Han. Professional, competent and personable! Thanks!
Highly recommended. My body is 63 years old and my brain is stuck in my 20’s. Physical therapy for me is typically after doing something foolish or age related back degeneration. Have been to a lot of therapy facilities and highly recommend Results in Alcoa. Very convenient location, clean spacious and a pleasant staff end to end. Dr Karsyn was great. Clearly she has a lot of tools and matched me to what I needed. She’s sneaky tough which we all need to get better. Will definitely go back the next time I go down.
Karsyn Krub is a very good physical therapist. She explains and has taught me different exercises to assist with my total knee replacement recovery. I will recommend her and Results PT to all my friends and family members.
