“I have been very impressed with the quality of help, cabinets, installation, and follow-through that Standard Kitchen & Bath has provided. Mary Johnson, in particular, hit a homerun with everything I wanted. She listened and made sure she understood what I wanted, drew it out on paper, discussed pros and cons, provided advice on how to figure out the exact height of cabinets I wanted, and never once tried to convince me that I didn't really want something just because it was not "standard". She didn't try to up-sale me on things I neither wanted nor needed, rather listened and made suggestions of things I hadn't thought about that would enhance my unique likes and dislikes. Most importantly of all - she made sure I stayed on budget. Although I wouldn't say I'm "hard to work with or hard to please", I would certainly say that I "expect excellence" when I'm paying money for something. I am happy to say "excellence" was given in every aspect of my experience, including the delivery. The gentlemen who delivered my cabinets were not only respectful to me, but also to each other. The level of respect with which they spoke to each other was so high, that it caught me off guard (in a good way). It was nice to have that modeled for my children. “Jennifer Justice expertly understood my goals for design when I bought my home that I hope is our forever home. She has helped with the Interior Design and decorating of our entire main level. From choosing paint colors to designing built-in seating and new lighting as well as craftsman embellishments to our built-ins it has been a joy to work with her. She has created a cohesive, stylistic, functional and cleanable home for us. She was good at listening to what I wanted and making it a reality with me and my husband involved, she also knew how to push us outside of our design comfort zone a little bit to give us what we really Wanted. She was responsive to our budget and gave us space to complete projects at the pace that we wanted to do them in. She connected us with craftsman, wallpaper installers, cabinet builders and painters, and everyone that we needed to get the work done. She selected everything and worked closely with us to purchase furniture and all the things we needed. She always got our approval before any money was spent and was up front and professional about all costs. When furniture was delivered, if damage had occurred in transit she facilitated returns, refunds and exchanges.

Every time I come back to my house I breathe a sigh of relief because it is so beautiful that I feel restful and peaceful and comfortable in it. In fact, when I get back from vacations, I almost always look around and think to myself, “I can’t believe I get to live here in this beautiful home.” I so appreciate Jennifer Justice and the work she did to make that a reality. I unreservedly recommend her to anyone who wants to make their home a beautiful sanctuary for themselves!“
