“I have been very impressed with the quality of help, cabinets, installation, and follow-through that Standard Kitchen & Bath has provided. Mary Johnson, in particular, hit a homerun with everything I wanted. She listened and made sure she understood what I wanted, drew it out on paper, discussed pros and cons, provided advice on how to figure out the exact height of cabinets I wanted, and never once tried to convince me that I didn't really want something just because it was not "standard". She didn't try to up-sale me on things I neither wanted nor needed, rather listened and made suggestions of things I hadn't thought about that would enhance my unique likes and dislikes. Most importantly of all - she made sure I stayed on budget. Although I wouldn't say I'm "hard to work with or hard to please", I would certainly say that I "expect excellence" when I'm paying money for something. “The design team, Sandy Kozar and Rachel Sheridan , are very talented decorators who seek to find furniture and accessories to fit the client’s preferences. At the initial consult, they came to our home and truly listened to our wants, needs, likes and dislikes, and budget expectations. Sandy and Rachel put together three plans and had me come to the office for an extensive review of the different possibilities. Again, they were attentive and respectful of my choices and helped me choose the perfect plan for us.

On installation day, the Decorating Den did
an exquisite job installing blinds ,window treatments, arranging furniture and accessories, and their crew who do the heavy lifting of furniture were great. The finished design outcome was beyond our expectation.

Most importantly, the Decorating Den Company stand behind their work 100%. Jim Kozar and the design team have come out on two occasions to fix an operating problem with a blind and then a couch. Both times, they came out the same day I called . There was no charge for the service.
