This vet lacks follow-through and ownership of patient needs. Basic connection with patient owners and emergency services should be a given for any and all practices, and they are consistently unable to have a full conversation and follow up about health issues, in general, much less during a crisis. Vets are too prevalent in this area to have poor customer service and help. They need to do better, but until then, find a different vet.

I was staying at a local hotel for three days and needed a place for my dog... they had room to keep her and it was only $20./ night. They also were willing to clip her nails for me... when I picked her up, she was happy and not stressed... she even smelled good without having a bath. The staff were so nice and if I am ever back in the area ,I will use them again!!!

Very disappointed and frustrated with staff at this vet office. Very rude and unprofessional. If you are planning to go out for margaritas on Cinco de Mayo, make those plans when pets and their owners are not there. The new vet was wonderful.
