I and my wife alway come there every 6 months for ultrasound. They are very friendly and do good job. Recommendation for everyone

Been here three times and they have always taken me in 30-45 mins after my scheduled appt. Went for an ultrasound today, appt was at 10:30, they made me wait till 12 for the ultrasound and I wasn’t out of there till 12:45. The ultrasound tech was pressing so hard on my stomach it feels like I have bruising. I cried from the pain as soon as I got out. (My pain tolerance is pretty good usually) Ultrasounds aren’t always comfortable but should obviously never be painful. Then the baby didn’t take a breath of amniotic fluid while I was there (they typically won’t very often, they do at random times because the baby is only 33 weeks). Then she sends me into a full blown panic pretty much saying my baby might not be okay but not to worry, proceeds to call me an hour after I leave to tell me to go to the hospital immediately just for the nurse at the hospital to say the baby is more than healthy and everything’s okay and the thing she sent me in for was completely normal and extremely common in a 33 weeker. I just got home from the hospital. It is now 3pm and my whole day is gone from an appt that was supposed to be at 10:30. Not to mention, I asked for pictures of the baby and was told no… I’d rather drive HOURS to go somewhere else than go through that again. Worst part is I had the same tech for a different ultrasound months ago and again, she pushed so hard my stomach was sore for days and they also took me in 30-45 mins after my scheduled appt that day. Lady at front desk is nice but that’s seemingly the only positive to this place.

Always good service, lady's are nice but the last time I went I was booked close to end of the day and I was in and out in less then 10 mins and got a horrible picture that you couldn't even see baby.
