We are a business and recently in need of locks being re-keyed and keys being cut for multiple locations. My call/text was answered immediately and the turn around time was truly impressive. I know it maybe won’t always work this way, but we had locks changed and new keys for all employees within hours!!! Great communication and customer service, an easy 5-star rating from us! What an amazing help! We needed a key cut for a specialty box and could not get one where we live. The Lock Doctor researched and found a few options. While he was in the area on another service call, he stopped in to check out the lock and see if any of the options he found would be potential keys. Luckily, one he had ended up being made into our key!!
