One out of the three doctors I’ve seen at this clinic actually seems to like their job and is knowledgeable, attentive, and caring… Qualities you would expect in your doctor.
I have had to beg for proper treatment and to be taken seriously. I have been forced to challenge the doctor and be my own best advocate. I’ve had to beg them to explore further and send me on to a specialist if they don’t know what’s going on. I’ve had to beg for my options. Patients shouldn’t have to do these things.
This clinic has misdiagnosed and under-medicated me to the point of being sick for over six weeks with something that if done properly in the first place could have been cleared up in 10 days. My mistreatment has been an unnecessary drain on the taxpayers of Saskatchewan.
I hope this clinic reviews and changes their policies and processes to one of patient centered care, because right now it seems like they just want you in and out as quick as possible. But the biggest issue is, there isn’t many other options in Yorkton right now for urgent care, so we take what we can get.
**To be fair, this is all a symptom of our underfunded, failing health care system, so maybe I should be leaving this review on the Minister of Health’s webpage! It’s time taxpayers demand better, because we deserve it and the government can afford it…please don’t let them convince you they can’t.

Dr. Saeed was extremely rude and unprofessional . She was terrible and did not even address my issue properly.
Should be removed from the office.

Dr Saeed is completely rude and dismissive. Talked over me when describing my daughter's symptoms, refused to watch video evidence I had of the symptoms, had to ask her to check into things other than just how many wet diapers she has and her weight. An absolute waste of time to wait at the medical clinic if you have to see her.

TERRIBLE PLACE. I went to this clinic because I had a tight chest and breathing problem. The doctor here was very rude. I did not feel comfortable or safe with her. When she asked me questions relating to my symptoms, she didn't give me any time to think through the questions. She kept interrupting my answers and said that I should just eat less insteading of identifying the cause of my symptoms.
The doctor here is very rude, impolite, impatient, cocky, and offensive.
I would recommed you guys to just go to an emergency hospital instead of going to this clinic.

Dr seyed is the worst doctor to get treated by , she is very arrogant and rude , doesn’t know how to treat a patient. I request the clinic to remove her.

Place says it’s open until 8 but locks the doors at 7:25. Impossible secretary to work with, and the doctors are terrible.

Dr seyed is smug an arrogant, if she wasnt there this would be 5 stars (please remove her before she kills somebody). She refused to treat my husband and send him for test with a life threatening condition, said he had concerns of a clot as he has a history and she refused to do a ddimer, 4 months later, back again, sees fatima and she immediately was concerned and sent him for blood and ultrasound and guess what, a clot, that could yave been caught months sooner. She also told me after weeks of my newborn baby being sick told me she had a virus but would not to a viral swab. I was persistent and brought her back to see dr.o who performed a viral swab which was negative, sent for xray and my newborn baby under 3 month and pneumonia. Shes going to kill somebody

Pros- Front staff were really nice and efficient, I was in my appointment in under a half a hour even though there was a full room.......... After my appointment, I can see why it moved so fast.
Cons- when I was with the doctor I explained why I was there, I am having tooth issues and was in a lot of pain. He asked me my allergies and explained the plethora of medications that I was allergic to. When asked what I use for pain management I said morphine(For the20 years I have been prescribed that for pain management, because of my allergies, with no addiction problems), I am, also allergic to antibiotics, penicillin's and other pain medications(acetaminophen and some ibuprofen with severe reactions and hospitalization). As soon as that word left my mouth I was instantly wrote a prescription for some drugs(tramadol) and antibiotics with no medical examination. I felt like I was being treated as an addict and being rushed out, what if my tooth was abscessed, what if the swelling in my neck was causing the mouth issues, what if I had and infection that was causing my neck and face to swell, I guess I wont know unless I go see another doctor. Appointment time took 5 minutes maybe 7.
