I am an electrical contractor who was replacing a service on a clients house. Sw mistakenly removed an old mast that we were going to reuse on the garage when they re did the shingles. They took full accountability and agreed to pay to get the portion or the electrical mast on the garage repaired. They were fair and quick with payment and we were able to get power back to the clients garage within a week. I know situations like these can be complicated and frustrating so I was impressed with the professionalism and the prompt resolution SW was able to bring to the table.
During my time at this home I have had the roof replaced 3 times and was very stressed after the latest and greatest hail storm. When Adam came out to assess the roof and determine the damage and potential costs, he was extremely professional and friendly - put my mind at ease. Kassi at the office answered all my questions in a timely fashion and Chandler came out to ensure the work was done to his satisfaction as the owner. All three team mates were exceptionally brilliant at putting my mind at ease and addressing any concerns I had. I would fully endorse this roofing company. Great job team. Chris was an incredible guide throughout the entire process from A to Z and everything in between. I could not ask for a smoother and more reliable process; the expertise, experience, and in-depth knowledge were on clear display from the beginning. The shingles crew were incredibly quick and proficient but more than that they were considerate and regularly went above and beyond. I am very impressed by all aspects of the project, I would hire SW Roofing again in a heartbeat!
