I was working with Carla Scheer-Weber and I was very pleased with her customer service. She was friendly and professional, always got back to me exactly when she said she would, and she checked in periodically to make sure things were going well. Carla is newer to the team and she was always sure to check with other designers if I had questions that she couldn't answer- this was very appreciated as I could tell she wants to do what is in the best interest of the customer. I would recommend working with Carla!
