I had a really excellent experience at Subaru in dealing with Michael, Kuai, and Ryan. I had some already bad experiences in going to some dealers to look. Saw a vehicle that I liked at Subaru so I called and talked to Michael and he said it sold but he had a Buick Envision there and sent me the information so I booked to test drive the next morning.It couldn’t hurt to try it. I took my sister with me and everyone as we walked in the door was very professional let us take our time and were very thorough and transparent as I went through the process, as I decided to get the vehicle.
