We had a great experience dealing with Carl, and the installer, Tal. They were professional, friendly and we are very happy with the tile installed in our home. We would definitely use them again.
The staff at Prestige have been exceptional, going above and beyond to help you find your flooring and bathroom vision, especially the owner, Carl. They were so patient and kind every time we came in to look, no pressure felt. We had a small budget so it was fantastic they had tiles in their showroom for way less - they also had carpet roll-ends, linoleum, you name it! Also, we were able to return the unopened boxes of tile with a receipt! Pick up was super fast if you called ahead or emailed to have staff on hand to help you load. Nothing prestigious about Prestige Flooring when it comes to customer service. Carl is a smooth talker, but does not follow through with things he says. We had issues with markings on the new vinyl plank flooring & the wrong Bathroom vinyl tile flooring which they fixed the next day. However, I told Carl if they were moving into living room to place our tv in the master bedroom, which they did not. Later when we turned on tv, we found that it was wrecked- they dropped or bumped it severely. Carl said he would replace but kept changing date. After 3 & 1/2 weeks, we went and bought one and than submitted the receipt. Later that day, they sent invoice with tv price off,...read full review
