Me and my partner recently upgraded to a 2023 Ford Timberline, it was not even a shy of being a month old when my partner accidentally hit a giant bird on the highway travelling back home from a trip. He tried to take the bird out himself but he found out it was lodged deeply inside the front shutters and grill. We had taken the vehicle to Ford but could not help us, so we decided to go to Merlin Auto Body next door for help as the bird started to stink. It was Friday afternoon about to be long weekend, I think it was 4:30pm when we went in and the manger happily looked at the bird and let us know the damages that he could see from a quick look. I will definitely be recommending Merlin auto body to anyone who needs auto service. The front reception staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond for me. I’m very happy with the work completed and I was happily surprised to pick my vehicle up washed and the front half of my vehicle detailed on the inside. 10/10.
