I want to give major credit to the student who worked on my hair—she was amazing. She listened closely, communicated well, and was truly professional throughout the entire appointment.
Unfortunately, the final result didn’t turn out the way I’d hoped, but I want to be very clear: this was not the students fault. She followed my requests, but her instructor stepped in multiple times and overrode what I had clearly communicated with her. Despite expressing what I wanted several times, the instructor made decisions that ultimately led to a result I didn’t ask for.

FIVE STARS!!! Elissa and Sandra both worked on my hair. I asked for a trial run of a long and thick roller set to prep for a special event later in the month. They were accommodating and courteous with time booking, and made sure I was well cared for the entire time both in the chair and under the dryer.
We went for a vintage style à la Gene Tierney, and did they deliver!!! My hair sits and moves exactly as requested, and both front and back are pristine.

I wanted some affordable highlights for the Summer... and Summer (stylist's name) did not disappoint!! She was very friendly, polite and easy to talk with, and she did an incredible job!! I was going to tip her, but when I paid, was just told to tap my card. I figured the least I could do was leave a really good review, because I'm very happy with my visit!! My hair is a little messed up from the wind now (in the pic) but it's so pretty!! Highly recommend this place!!
