Went to 8th street location earlier this week after add oil light came on. They found the oil filter was loose and some other issues from a different autoshop. Definitely will be coming back to this location next oil change.
Highly recommend! I have gone to the 22nd street location twice now, and the tech who did my oil change explained the other recommended services to me, why they’re important, and whether I could safely wait to get them done. He didn’t pressure me at all and explained things in a way no one ever has. I felt confident as someone who doesn’t know much about vehicle service.
