I can't express enough how great the service is here. They went above and beyond with not only fixing my truck, ensuring my safety on the road was the number priority, not pushing any extra expenses and having my truck in and out of the shop in 24 hours. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who has your safety, time and wallet in mind, I highly suggest Lai's. Thank you again for everything!
Great experience! I had a relatively serious issue impairing my vehicle. They could not get it in the same day when I called at 3 o’clock, but I dropped it off for first thing in the morning. Imagine my surprise when they call back an hour and a half later and had me ready for the road!
Very happy with the service on my vehicle. Thorough, informative and helpful. I received a phone call with the update and cost at that point. I appreciate their expert attention to detail!
