When I was looking for a realtor, I wanted someone who knew Victoria well, someone who could guide me in an easy seamless purchase. Based off recommendation I went with Kari. What I didn’t know at the time was that I had gotten myself a completely reliable and knowledgeable realtor. Kari takes things from a business level to a personal level. When buying the property, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything met my standards and that I was content with prices, conditions, etc. She always made sure to answer my messages or emails about any inquiries that I had immediately. Not only would Kari answer my messages during her working hours, but as well as her vacation time. I appreciate everything that Kari has done for us, not only at the time of the purchase but even after the purchase was made. Kari made sure to contact me, making sure everything was still up to par and there were no problems. Kari’s son even made a welcoming card for my family which they didn’t have to do. She exceeded my expectations of what I had in mind, and I thank her for that. If you are ever in need of a relator, I recommend Kari to guide you through any purchase you choose to make.
