On July 11 - My husband called in desperate need to get a valve stem swapped our for his truck.
We were headed on the highway for a funeral and of course this happened!!
We called, and the AMAZING staff squeezed us right in on a busy Saturday morning. Thankfully, we made it in time for the private family viewing before the service as well as the funeral.
Fountain Tire staff - you have no idea how much this means to our family. We cannot thank you enough.
Our business will be coming back for sure.
Took me in on day when they were all backed up and got it done same day. These guys are committed to the best customer service possible. Had to go in for warranty on a wrecked tire and the whole process was fast and smooth.
We have used Fountain Tire for our fleet of fuel trailers and have had nothing but good experiences with them. A few days ago, my wife had to get a tire replaced (S'toon potholes!) and I recommended that she try Fountain. She was impressed with the friendly front desk staff, and the work the shop did. Definitely recommend Fountain Tire for heavy duty tire repair/replacement, and also for passenger tires.
