75 minutes is so worth it. Still feeling the effects hours later. Lots has changed since I was there last. I love the dolphin mural.

I always leave relaxed and ready to start another chapter. Soothing, anxiety relief- this checks all the boxes. AND with Mother’s Day coming up what a great gift!!!
If you’re concerned at all about the experience or what the float rooms look like (yes- you are in your own little room, complete with shower, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner, towels, a robe, etc) go down and take a look.
