SCAM ALERT - They up-sale the car wash coupons and post that their car wash is always out of order. While asking for refund they refused the refund and asked us to go back and come whenever the wash is working.

Never use this car wash, they will deliberately sell you two car wash’s as a discount package and then when you come back tell you both codes have been used. Total SCAM, do not give your business to these people.

The absolute worst customer service. Zero stars if I could!!

I recently switched to ESSO from shell after 15 years.
I’ve given it a solid 6 months before making the review and this gas station has continuously failed in the customer service department.
Who is training these employees? Please teach them how to interact KINDLY and PROFESSIONALLY with customers.

Here it is.

Today 3:05 pm (management please check cameras!!!) I had the employee ring me thru for $50 prepaid gas on pump 1.
After I paid, he walked in front of me to exit the store and quite literally shut the door in my face!
