I had damage caused to my second story window due to a rock being flung by a lawn mower. Chris was very easy to speak with. He asked for photos and responding immediately with an estimate. Though I did not personally cover the costs, the quote given was resonable based on other companies I contacted. After an in person measurement, an order was put in the same day, and 4.5 weeks later the window was installed. The installation guys were on time, but due to weather it took longer than expected. They did an okay job keeping away from our garden nearby the window and did an okay job with cleaning up afterwards. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.
We recently had a new window installed. It was a very easy process to get a quote and discuss the project. The Denovo team was able to frame everything needed and get the area sealed back up with no damage to the outside of the house. They were also very clean while working in the house. The end result is very nice!
I'm very pleased with Denovo Window so far. I've worked with them multiple times already and they have delivered. Most of their products are outstanding and I would recommend working with Chris. Very upfront and truthful in describing the products rather than taking advantage of you like other people will do just to sell. I will continue to trust them for my future needs.
