I have been their loyal customer for 12 years and have refered many of my friends to them, but I will never ever come back there just because of a very arrogant and not nice at all owner. Cookie was always nagging when she is waxing you, why you are comming after 6 weeks? We all know people leave more bad reviews than good ones. So be wary of the bad ones for this spa. The building took a second to find but because I am always early it wasn't an issue. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Karilyn brought me in right away and had me waxed and out the door in no time. I am extremely impressed with the service and pricing. There ladies obviously work hard and do a great job! I will be back and will be recommending for friends to also try their services.

Such a great place to go for waxing! They are so professional and friendly! Been coming here since I was a teenager, and I still only go here for my waxing now that I'm in my 30's.
