I had a great experience visiting CrossFit Ashlar. Tarra was very accommodating, responded quickly, and made it easy to get in for a workout with my limited schedule. I’ve dropped into many CrossFit gyms across the country, and CF Ashlar stands out as the largest, and best equipped I’ve been to. The coaches welcome all levels of fitness, and the community is friendly and supportive. I was planning to check out other gyms during my stay here but after this experience, I returned the next day. I came to the gym when visiting from out of town for the holidays. Great workout and coaching. The people were welcoming and the workout was fun (lots of cardio today). Recommend for sure!
This gym is great for all fitness levels, especially beginners. The coaches make sure that you go through a foundations course so that they can properly assess your technique and abilities - this is all to ensure insure prevention! Definitely recommend this gym if you’re new to CrossFit and fitness/working out in general.
