I am used to going to a workout class, doing my thing and then leaving. This place lives and breathes community and it's been apparent since day one. They notice you, cheer you on and encourage you to do your very best. I was so apprehensive about Cross Fit, thinking it was just for 'hunks'. There are all ages and sizes at this gym and it is very motivating. The coaches do a great job at breaking it down and meeting you where you are at. Very beginner friendly, I say give it a try!

I am not the typical 'crossfitter', I do triathlons. But during the long winter season, I've found CrossFit to be a great way to stay active. I struggle with almost all the gymnastics movements, and my weightlifting skills sucks, but the coaches are amazing at scaling them and ensuring that I work just as hard as everyone else, just in a modified manner. I love the people, the energy, and the overall environment.
