“With any new home build, there will be a few items that need some follow up. In our house we had some trouble with the new, factory-built kitchen appliances. Although this was absolutely no fault of Valentino Homes, we were shocked and delighted by how well they took care of us. When the appliance store didn’t have employees working on a Friday afternoon, the owner of Valentino Homes personally picked up a loaner oven and brought it to our house. They employ an incredibly sweet person specifically to help follow up homes post sale. She followed up with the appliance company on our behalf multiple times. My husband pointed out tonight how amazing it is that Valentino has all of their own tradespeople ready to step in at a moments notice. In the past few weeks we’ve had plumbers, electricians, gas line inspectors all come to the house with very little notice and do great work to help fix our faulty gas oven and dishwasher. Without exception they have been friendly, courteous and tidy. I have always felt comfortable with them being around our young children. The details in the house are spectacular, the more we get to know the house the more we appreciate the nuances. The tiles in the bathroom are lined up so that the patterns match. The painting on the ceiling is perfect, even the shelves in the kitchen pantry and bedroom closets are color matched to our home’s color scheme instead of left unfinished. When we purchased the home we asked Valentino to finish the basement. It looks just as beautiful as the main floors and we were so pleased that they finished sooner than we ever dreamed possible. Valentino has great project managers, dedicated tradespeople and a real desire to deliver an excellent product. With three kids under 6 and baby on the way- we sure appreciate our lovely Valentino home!“
