Rishi and Priya were the agents working yesterday. Ive been down on my luck struggling and they were able to approve me over the phone and make it quick when I went to finalize. The system was giving them trouble and the store was extremely busy. They however handled the pressure well and were able to help all in line while also helping each other through. A real show of team work and a great working relationship will keep your clients happy and feeling comfortable even in there worst of times. Thank you.
