Can’t say enough good things about the guys at 33rd st auto! Our heater core went on our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, they hooked us up with a loaner car which was amazing. When they went to order the part they realized it’s an extremely hard part to find, they couldn’t even find one to order in Canada, they had to order from the states. It took 2 weeks to come and they let us keep the loaner car the entire time. Heater core is a big job and they got it all done and working great, and their pricing and transparency is amazing! We have a couple more things to get fixed in the near future and these will definitely be the guys we trust to do them! Thank you so much!!
This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. They are up front about their diagnostic charges & hourly rates and will call to explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost before starting any work. I will absolutely be back and recommend them to everyone!
Amazing job, once again, done by the team at 33rd! I haven't needed a car mechanic in a few years, but as soon as I did, these guys were my first pick! Trustworthy, fast, and friendly! Best ever!
