I can not rave enough about this company! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! The front desk agent is super friendly and she was so helpful and patient when answering my million questions about my vehicle and what needed to be fixed!
They have some of the best pricing in the city and can usually fit you in the day of or within a couple days! No pushing weeks out unless they are waiting for parts! If I could give more stars I would!

Getting yelled at by the receptionist was a bad first impression of this place. If you don't want your customers parking in a certain spot, maybe try putting up signs or telling them where to park without yelling at them? There are literally no signs indicating where your customers should park, and no mention of it on the phone. She literally got out of her car to yell at us, and went back in and it was shocking. You'd think we did something really awful, the way she was treating us. Even after we apologized, she remained unfriendly and didn't say a word. Maybe try being friendly if you're going to work with people, and do better at communicating instead of screaming at your paying customers? Good thing there are plenty of other mechanic shops to choose from, because I won't be back.

I regret going to this shop. They wasted my time and money. I took in my truck for two repairs, (signal switch snd AC blower motor) and in being there they found a coolant leak. I allowed them to look into it as I had trust in them, which led me to spending $800 for a problem that was never fixed. The original repair of the blower motor I took it in for became faulty a few months later. To top it off I got a $300 camera speeding ticket in the mail due to them driving 130km/hr on ring road with my truck. I now have to take work off to attend court to avoid the fine.

Fast friendly service, had an issue with my breaks and was told by a different shop I needed so much work done just so the shop could get the sales. Took my car here and was given the truth as to what’s actually going on with my car and the price was exponentially better and was treated so well.

Very amazing place to take your car, they went above and beyond everytime. The person taking the calls is very knowledgeable and super kind. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place that is up front and no bulcrap. Have been helped many times even when I wasn't getting anything done. A++ amazing!!

I had a starved lifter replaced on my older Dodge truck, but barely a year later (under 10,000KM), a gasket blew. Whether it's just bad luck or due to cheap parts, the result was the same: another costly repair. Unfortunately, the part was out of warranty, and the shop showed no willingness to address the issue except by charging full price for another fix. Their communication and follow-up were lacking, leaving me frustrated. I'll be seeking service elsewhere.
