On May 16th I had my very first Cool Peel (and most likely last). I would like to expand on that comment. First, Brynn, who completed the session on me is wonderful and I would highly recommend her for any services. She was informative, very personable and extremely knowledgeable on the process. The establishment is extremely clean and the other staff /management are professional and friendly. The reason why I most likely won't go back is because today is May 29 - 13 days after my treatment and my face is still red and itchy. On May 19, my face swelled up so much that I thought about going to emergency. I was also taking antihistamines and Aleve since the first day because the itching and swelling was so intense. I had to sit with an ice pack on my face all day just to keep the swelling down so I could see. I was told this was a normal reaction. The swelling finally went away May 21 - 5 days after my procedure. Now, if only the redness and itchiness would do the same. I have been told that my face looks brighter, but was it worth it? Hopefully others do not react the same way that I have reacted - I was told that some people react the way I did and some don't react at all - unfortunately, you won't find out until after the procedure.

I seen Jada today for a facial and she was fantastic. She took her time and I left feeling so relaxed and my skin looks and feels amazing. Out of all the facials I have had over the years, this was simply the best one by far. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her!

I just had my first-ever Morpheus8 treatment and it was a wonderful experience. The space is exceptionally clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!
