We were flying out on a cold Friday morning and our furnace wasn’t running. Dallas came over Friday, assessed it, and called me with options and lots of info. Awesome. We decided to change out the furnace and he and James spent two long days changing it out and price stayed as quoted - no extras! They were professional, respectful, clean and tidy. The difference between Trusted Plumbing and Heating and the rest of the companies is that Trusted is run by a local family and they legit make you feel like they’re not giving you the run around, you actually feel like you can trust them. From the initial quote to the installation by two very friendly and professional fellas to the admin/money part with the lovely Shayla (sp?), everything was smooth and easy. Will be recommending to all family and friends!
After reaching out to other companies who either ghosted me or couldn't get me booked in until April for an inspection on HVAC in our new-to-us house, the folks from Trusted not only got us in that same day (due to a cancellation), but also arranged necessary electrical work.
