Dallas and team are amazing. We have had Trusted come out several times and work on a house we recently purchased. Great communicators, professional, price fairly. Recently we had a waterline for our fridge cause us issues. Dallas rearranged his schedule to make time to come to our house to assess and fix the damage. He took extra time knowing we had other issues and did an amazing job of explaining what was wrong, how he was going to fix it properly and kept us calm when it seemed overwhelming. I will always use Trusted. They truly are the best.
If you need a furnace inspection done (or any furnace or plumbing needs) and want it done right, stop looking—Dallas and his team are the absolute best! Dallas showed up (on time!) and instantly put me at ease with his friendly, approachable manner. He explained every step of the inspection like a pro, double-checked everything, and even made sure I understood what a safe CO₂ range is and the correct type of furnace filter to get!
