Visited this salon for the first time. Couple days after Mother’s Day took my daughters for pedicure. Regular pedicure for kids was good. What I can’t say for the $65 dollar pedicure that I got. It was rushed trough, the hot stone massage didn’t last one minute. Hot towel stayed on my legs 10 seconds but the best part - after applying 3 coats of nail polish, no top coat, I was asked to get up as soon as he stopped applying color to the last nail. Telling no less, by the time I drove home, four of toe nails looked horrible. Disappointed, very disappointed.

I remember coming here 5 years ago for the first time when they opened and really liked the experience. I rarely get my nails done so it feels like a treat when i get to do so. Last month, I finally came back, got mani/pedi. I noticed how rough they were with the cuticles and nicked one toe and one finger. Thought it could've been a one off thing, it didn't bleed much so I left as is and trusted they will be gentler next time. Came back over a month later for acrylics. While removing my cuticles, the nail tech would not stop conversing with another tech beside her (I have no problems with this as long as it doesn't distract them from work), but lo and behold,... read full review

I called and made an appointment for my daughter’s grad nails. When she got there, they had to clear off a workstation that was used for storage as all of the regular tables were full. They didn’t have a tech available to do her nails, so 3 different people worked on her nails between their other clients. She wasn’t offered water even though every other person was. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
