called to book an appointment a lady answered and gave me a time never asked for a name to book nothing immediately hung up the phone when i went there at the time i was told she told me i never called, that they're booked and to leave. never going back again.

I got a service from Tommy's guns recently for a regular trim but the service was so bad. the lady who was doing my hair has a very rude behaviour , didn't care about my concern's. from washing hair to styling it she was not interested and kept saying it's done when it wasn't.the vibe was bad and it felt like she just wanted to get over and take the next client.in total it was a very bad experience and it's not worth any penn.

You have very under qualified barbers, I left the shop looking like half eaten apple!

Requested style: I asked for a good trim and hot shave gave me suggestions and preformed my request perfectly

Stylist: ANA was fantastic to deal with made sure to suggest couple things so that i received what i wanted done my way

Worst experience ever and this is the second time

Requested style: My son got his hair cut here once again after asking and making sure they could do what he wanted they completely wrecked his hair the front looks like they cut an M Into it I will never recommend these guys again or support them this is the 2 time and we made sure they could do his hair clearly they have no idea and didn't care my son is so embarrassed of it

Waited an hour , for them to call me back earlier, then to wait hour . There were no help and the eastend location needs to maintain there customers, don't take more if they can't handle the amount of people , I'll go somewhere else, if it's going to take this long
