We had a great experience with The Optical Shoppe. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating when the prescription was left at home. They offered to get it from the optometrist for us. Quick turnaround and a follow up call to see how the glasses were is excellent customer service.

My husband and I stopped in...I wanted a new pair of sunglasses and he was looking to score a new pair of frames. The selection was exactly what we were looking for; lots of great styles with pops of colour for every face shape there is, but not so overwhelming that you didn’t even know where to start. The service was excellent and their sanitizing standards after trying on each pair was immediate and reassuring. We will definitely be back here to support this small business.

Great customer service and very friendly! I had to bring in my frame to get it repaired and it was a job well done! I would definitely go back when I need new frames. Service is very professional and top notch!
