Associate ashutosh , helped me so well in finding the product , walked me to the cash counter and then helped with product loading and unloading. Very good customer service , good communication skills. We need more people like ashutosh in each store. Thank you Ashutosh .

My normal shopping experience consists of me walking into a store, list in hand cart or basket in other hand. Get in , get what is needed, get out and get on with day. Today started out like my usual trip to East home depot, but when I got to the cashier my usual trip to the store turned into my most memorable shopping experience . The cashier whose name tag said Sakshi, which was the first time I have seen her at the store, greeted me with a friendly good morning greeting and a smile, she spoke to me like I was a person not just another customer being pushed through the cycle. It made my day to be treated like a person rather than just a number from a complete stranger...read full review

Always well stocked, clearly laid out, they only thing that keeps this from being perfect is that it's hard to find employees to ask questions to. Do some research beforehand, I ended up having to ask another customer about my project.
