I almost didn’t end up getting my appointment because there was a mix-up with the booking and when I got there the place looked closed, so I was sitting in my car feeling super disappointed and had actually booked somewhere else. But about 15 minutes later someone arrived, unlocked the door, and was SO apologetic and kind about everything. She offered to take me immediately, so I cancelled my other appointment and stayed, and I’m really glad I did.
The whole experience was amazing and so relaxing. My scalp feels incredible, my hair is sooo soft, and my skin felt ridiculously smooth after. The head massage was probably my favourite part. Also one... read full review
My daughter has very long, thick hair and we needed to find a place that understood how to cut it as we have had bad experiences in the past. I booked with Ruth and I have to say, she was so awesome. She took the time to understand what we needed done and treated my 13 yr old with respect and made her feel beautiful. She was lovely and kind and spent an extra 30 mintues to make sure that my daughters exceptionally thick hair was dried before we left. I can't say enough nice things about Ruth and the salon. The Japanese head spa was absolutely amazing, Madison is excellent, knowledgeable and cares about her clients. I was blown away with how relaxing the treatment was and how healthy my scalp looked afterwards. Best treatment I ever had!
