It was the first time taking my pups to ruff and fluff grooming. Michelle was so kind, her set up is perfect for her business and she definitely took her time with them. Since the dogs are double coated there isn’t much shaving that can be done, however she got them the tightest I’ve ever seen them and I was so impressed with how amazing she got them! They were definitely a mess and matted but wow she worked some magic!

Took my sweet girl to Michelle for the first time. So happy with the end result. I was able to touch her paws and her nails without her flinching or being scared, like the last groomer. Which is why Ruff and Fluff will be our new favorite groomer. Thank you so much.

We are pretty picky about who we take our girl to. We have had some not nice experiences in the past. However, we absolutely love Michelle. Her down to earth and loving nature add to the attention to the detail she gives each fur baby. She is genuine and truly seems to enjoy what she does. We are ever so thankful to have someone of her calibre to call upon to keep our girl looking her best. Five stars for certain!!!!
