I had been experiencing dental pain and swelling of the gums for almost a week. I was unable to get in to see my regular dentist until July 7. In desperation I made an emergency appointment with Normanview Dental for today, June 29. Everyone from Dr Hermanus to hygienist Melany (Mel) to the ladies at reception, Janice and I did not catch who the other lady was were wonderful. Their care and compassion helped to soothe my emotional distress and made me feel like I was being wrapped in a warm blanket🥰 I am on antibiotics and a painkiller and Dr Hermanus thinks it is a gum infection and that the tooth is fine. I’ve only taken one antibiotic and one painkiller thus far but I already feel a bit better. ☺ I’ve been with my dental practice since 1980 and they’ve been great. But I am seriously considering switching to Normanview Dental. But that is a decision I will wait on till I’m better. My deepest gratitude 🙏 to everyone at Normanview Dental. You saved my life and my sanity! 😍

On time, attentive to my needs and hesitation (about the dental dam); I couldn’t have been in better hands from beginning to end. Huge shout out to Darcie who works hand in hand with Lee Dean.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee Dean for 30+ years. That in itself speaks volumes, as far as a review. And Joanne, my dental hygienist? Nobody finer. The front desk staff are wonderful. Efficient and welcoming. They're the best.
