I recently got my first lash lift here. Unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations, as my lashes didn’t appear very lifted and there wasn’t much noticeable difference afterward, despite having naturally long lashes.
That being said, I want to update my review because my concerns were handled very quickly and professionally. The team responded promptly, took my feedback seriously, and explained everything thoroughly. They offered to correct the lash lift, but I personally preferred not to have another treatment done on my lashes so soon after the initial service. They completely respected my decision and offered a refund instead.
Kailyn was phenomenal, from the moment I stepped into the room for our consult, to the way she cleansed, her massage, her knowledge of the skin, her extractions, her knowledge of products, everything was perfect! I will most definitely return to her.
