I had a great experience at Prim, it was my first time there and everyone I met from the Admin at the front desk to my technician were professional and lovely to deal with. I look forward to my next appointment!

Wonderful experience! I was in Regina for a couple of days for work and was able to make an appointment no problem. I booked a lash lift&tint, and added a brow wax when I arrived. Atmosphere was clean and professional, all the girls were very sweet and clearly had good rapport with all the clients that came through in my hour. There was a perfect balance of communication and relaxation for a lash/brow service. Absolutly no discomfort from start to finish, and the shape of both the lashes and brows was stunning.

I had been seeing someone else for my brows at another studio and she was away. A few friends recommended Prim. I went and because I’d been going to someone else for so long, I was explicit about how I liked them done as I forgot that is necessary if you have a particular style. Unfortunately, they were way too dark. I left and realized when I got home. I called and without hesitation they brought me back in and offered to fix them. They took such good care of me and ensured I left with perfect brows. The level of detail on my second trip back was so impressive. They were apologetic and it wasn’t on them.
